If you need to cancel onsite or virtual education service(s), email us within 48 hours at our contact email address on this website. Once we receive your request, we will email you to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the review of services is confirmed and meets all requirements for cancellation.  

If educational virtual or onsite classes are not canceled within 48 hours, a $25 fee will be deducted from the total cost.
